Other pursuits

Photography

I find shooting in black and white brings out more substance in pictures. It tells a more compelling story. Personally, I think it adds depth to simplicity.

I haven’t decided on what genre of photography excites me the most. But, I think it lies somewhere in between portraits, landscapes and symbolism.

Reading

I’ve always considered myself a gadget freak. But, try as I may, I can’t seem to ditch tradition with a good hardcover book.

I read up on topics that pique my interest. For instance, I’m currently reading , “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg.

Travel

Travel gives you a different perspective of the world. It’ more than just an escape from the usual. It exposes you to cultures, traditions and different ways of living.

I’ve worked in Asia, Middle-East and North America. I’ve spent time in big cities, small towns, even villages. Most, if not all of these experiences, have been immensely rewarding in some shape or form.
