What I’m working on
Interoperability Widgets
This project aims to improve accuracy levels, reduce search times, and click-paths by surfacing key clinical information needed to complete tasks efficiently for BPO agents.
A larger goal is the incorporation of these widgets into third-party applications to facilitate access of patient health information across EHRs.
A Mobile EHR Application
Our mobile application is an extension of desktop workflows and currently runs on iOS devices only.
I work with React Native developers and UX designers to build a cross platform compatible version so that all our users have access to patient information and the ability to act on clinical tasks anywhere, anytime.
Mobile Apps
I lead the Android team in building the athenaOne mobile application, a companion to our desktop solution, enabling healthcare providers to access patient health records for more flexible and efficient care.
Artificial Intelligence
Working with data science teams, we evaluate and integrate AI capabilities in features to improve clinician experience and reduce unnecessary burden.
Widgets
I lead a cross-division project that integrates clinical information widgets for internal business applications, improving productivity, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency for medical claim processing.
Accessibility
I help make our mobile platforms more accessible for users, ensuring inclusivity of those with disabilities and diverse needs.
Communications
While I’ve led User Engagement activities for both, iOS and Android mobile platforms, I’ve recently been focusing on communication strategies specifically on Android, nurturing the app as it scales to maturity.
Go-to-Market
I drive GTM strategy for products in my portfolio, working closely with marketing, operations, coaching, tech writing, and customer success to ensure products are set up for success.
